Brookie's Wedding
A few pictures from the wedding that we attended a couple of weeks ago. Brookie is the daughter of DH's cousin. Lovely young woman and she looked beautiful! What a gorgeous day for an outdoor, fall wedding! The temp was about 70 degrees and the skies were blue and cloudless! The ceremony was held behind the church in a courtyard surrounded by trees of many colors.

Catching Up!
Wow, I haven't blogged in a while! Things have been so crazy for us...traveling, visiting family, weddings, baby showers. Gheez! I just want to scrap! Tonight I am hosting a SU demo for a good friend of mine. She runs the card class that I go to every month. I am eager to see how well I do for sales! I saw a few things in the new catalog that are awesome!
Tomorrow, I hope to catch up on here and post some photos from the wedding we went to last weekend. I have some great shots! The bride, cake, flower girls...lots of pictures.
So til tomorrow...adios!

On the road again...
I think I could have written this Willy Nelson song! This has been and remains a very busy year of travel for us. We are in transit for a family wedding tomorrow. Beautiful time of year for a wedding I must say! DH and I chose October to get married. Let's see....hmm...that will be 32 years ago on the 16th! Wow! Where have the years gone? I only hope that there are many, many more to come!
With Halloween just around the corner, I am getting ready to finish up DGS's Halloween book of costumes. This will be his 3rd year of Trick or Treating. I started the MM mini Halloween album to add a picture to every year. Brenden has decided he is going to be a bat this year and we have already found the costume of choice! Last year he was the cutest little skunk and the year before a purple dragon! When our girls were growing up, I made every costume that they ever wore. With all of the eye issues I have had in the past 10 years, it is difficult for me to sew much any more, so DD has decided that buying a costume will be just fine for the little guy!
As we ride along, going west in the mountains of Pennsylvania, we are passing the most breathtaking scenery! The trees are the most passionate colors of red, yellow, orange, and green. Just amazing! When we return home, I will be sure to post some here in my blog.
Speaking of colors, check out the Cropstop.com's October kit. It's filled with the beautiful pps of the Wild Saffron collection of K & Company and all of the amazing embellishments to go along with any project that you make!

If not, please hop back over to Annie's blog (http://anniebee-blogna.blogspot.com/) to start from the beginning. You don't want to miss a challenge!
This is how it works...There are 5 morning challenges, 5 afternoon challenges, and prizes! There are prizes by random draw for completing all 5 challenges in each hop. There's another prize draw if you complete all 10 challenges. All challenges must be completed by 2 PM, EST tomorrow, October 5th, and uploaded into the Cropstop Gallery's WORLD CARD MAKING DAY EVENT ALBUM (http://www.cropstopcommunity.com/gallery/) to be eligible for a prize. That means you have 24 hours to register in the gallery, complete and upload your challenge work! Be sure to number the project with the correct challenge number when uploading to the gallery. There are also prizes if you should complete the challenges today!
My blog is CHALLENGE #9.
Here's the challenge....
Create a Friend/Thinking of You Card and send it to someone that lives outside of your home country. The card should be made using your countries colors.
For example: If you live in the US, it would be red, white and blue. If you live in Sweden, it would be blue and white.
Here's my card that will be going to my friend Karen, in Singapore!

I am so happy that you are taking part in the Cropstop World Card Making Day, that I am going to award this blog candy by random draw of those that leave a link to their version of my challenge in a comment post by 2 PM, October 5th EST. So let's see your creativity!

Now...hop on over to Dalis's blog again for the last challenge of the day! She is hosting for Haylie Jo! http://stamprgrl.wordpress.com/
