Some "Caraline" sweetness!

I finally finished a couple layouts of our precious granddaughter.  The Halloween layout has been in progress since before Christmas.  Ugh!  Sometimes life just gets in the way of what I want to be doing.  There just isn't enough time in a day for me no matter what time I get up in the morning.

My first layout is Caraline and her daddy.  We all know how precious little girls are to their daddy's.  Ours are grown and married, but there is still that special connection that will always remain.  I love the look on Caraline's face as the photographer snapped this candid shot.  She looks as if she is thinking, "hey, you are interfering with my daddy time"!  Just too precious!

Supplies: Cardstock: Bazzill; Patterned Paper: Basice Grey; Flowers, Felt Cut Out: Prima; Jewel Flourish:Kaisercraft; Tag, Alpha Stickers: Making Memories; Buttons: Jesse James; Ink: Clearsnap;Die Cut: Spellbinder; Photo: Carrie D Photography.

I entered my "Love" layout into the Frosted Designs Fabulous Friday Challenge - Recipe.   The recipe required is 3 patterned papers, 2 buttons, and a 1 word title.

My next layout is Caraline at her first Halloween costume party!  She was an adorable baby calf at the age of 5 and a half months.  Not one of her best photo moments, but I had to scrap it anyway!

Supplies: Cardstock: Bazzill; Patterned Paper: Pink Paislee; Alphabet Stickers: Making Memories; Felt Cut Out: Prima; Flowers: Petaloo, Prima;  Jewels: Doodlebug; Ink: Clearsnap, Tsukineko; Other: Sticker Alphas.

And now, I'm off to finish up 2 more layouts that I started at an all day crop yesterday!  I'm on a roll.....

Lol, I know what you mean by there not being enough time in a day to do what you want. I feel the same way.

WOW! I love both of your layouts. Your daughter is so cute! I especially like the first layout. Such a cute picture and I love your color choices... the window die and the gorgeous flowers. That layout should be framed.

I look forward to working with you on the CropStop design team. I'm so excited to be onboard. :)

I should pay attention a little better. lol I was skimming over your post so I could spend more time looking at your gorgeous layout and didn't read that this little cutie is your grandbaby, not your daughter. But that's ok... I still love the layout and the gorgeous photo. :)
