I'm up again today on the Just Imagine blog. After
3 weeks of "manly" projects, I decided it was time to get in touch with
my softer side. Today, I am sharing a vintage tag that I made using
the Kreaxions #905 Punch.
" Fashion Plate"
I used the #905 punch along with the C plate to achieve the design on the lower corners of the tag and the hemline of the dress. The edges of the punched designs are highlighted with bronze pen.
The punched out heart shape gave my mannequin die-cut a heart-warming touch!
The embellishments were made using some of my favorite new Memory Box die-cuts. I inked the edges of the tag and die-cuts with black chalk ink and added mulberry roses and pearls to accent the dress.
When it came time for something to tie at the top of my tag, I wanted vintage lace, but didn't have the right color. I used my Victorian Velvet ink to stain the lace the soft vintage pink color of the mulberry roses.
Thanks for stopping by to see my vintage tag!
