The snow is falling and spring is calling! We have about 8-10 inches of snow here in the Poconos and I am pushing my way through January and thinking ahead to Valentine's Day.
Today I am sharing a quick card I made using two different types of embossing.
"Adore"
The Bazzill Kraft cardstock base is A2 in size, 4 1/4" x 5 1/2".
The next layer is 4" x 5 1/4" and embossed with the Couture Creations Wild Holly Embossing Folder. This folder is part of a holiday collection, but I have found it to be very versatile and use it often when making cards.
After stamping and embossing a piece of Kraft paper with Versamark Dazzle Ink and Silver Pearl embossing powder, I cut it out with a Spellbinder Labels Twenty-Three die-cut. I wrapped a piece of turquoise twine around the image and added a red felt heart. Next, I matted it with a larger size of the same die and foam mounting tape for dimension. And voila...you have a CAS Valentine card!
Thanks for stopping by. I hope I have inspired you to start making your Valentines.
