Where is the summer going so quickly?
It's August and the kids are preparing to go back to school already.
And, it's time for another Craft-Dee BowZ Challenge!
Our August theme is:
Anything goes and include a handmade bow.
For this month's challenge inspiration, I altered a wooden frame. I used a Prima stencil and glass bead gel to add texture to the entire frame. The gel goes on opaque, but dries clear. I love it!
Next, I added a banner using various cardstock and patterned papers. The pennants and gears are Spellbinder die-cuts. The buttons and twine were part of my DT package this month. Beautiful buttons and lots of awesome twine! I used my Craft-Dee BowZ Bowmaking Tool to create the twine bows and hot glued them to the buttons.
