Double D's "Flower" Challenge!

Good morning everyone!

Welcome to the Double D's second challenge for the month of May.  It's been a seesaw ride with the weather here in South East Pennsylvania.  We had a high of 90 the first week with temps in the 50's and 60's too.  And this week, we're back up into the high 80's and 90's.  The flowers are loving the rain and cooler weather.  My garden has been in full bloom with Tulips, Pansies, Phlox, Iris, Bleeding Heart and Verbena.  I can't wait for the Nikko Blue Hydrangeas...they are a summer time  favorite along with the yellow roses.

Our challenge theme is perfect for the Spring time blooms we are seeing all around...
(You MUST USE MORE THAN ONE FLOWER on your project)

And, to inspire you, we have this fabulous mood board to share.

The Design Team will choose a Top Creative Winner and Top 3 to receive our Double D Badge to display in their blogs.  A prize is being offered also with the winner being chosen by random.org.  Everyone is invited to play along as prizes are shipped internationally too!

You could win this awesome die cut...

Memory Box Tall Poppy/Left Corner

Here's my "Flowers Galore" inspiration...

 "hope, dream, believe"

I love this floral patterned paper.  The muted design and colors were similar to the second and third photos on the mood board.  I die cut the upper corner of the patterned paper with my new "Atessa" die from the Dies R Us Store.  The double loop bow is a favorite design of mine that I learned from Bonnie Garby of Really Reasonable Ribbon.  She has a great You Tube channel with lots of tutorials for making spectacular bows.

From my stash...
Bazzill Cardstock
Love Nicole Patterned Paper
MLYB Sentiment Words
Poppystamps Atessa Collage
Prima Leaves
Queen & Co Pearls
Really Reasonable Ribbon
Tim Holtz Shaded Lilac
Wild Orchid Flowers
Other: Stick pins
