Welcome back crafty friends!
Today's share is another project for the Double D Challenge Blog.
With summer time officially two days away, "Let's Go To The Beach" is a great topic for the second challenge in June. As always, there's a great mood board for inspiration and a prize for one lucky, randomly drawn winner.
Nellie's Choice Clear Stamp Silhouet
When I think of the beach, I hear the sound of lapping waves and feel the warmth of basking in the sun. I love walking along the water's edge at sunset looking for shells and sea glass.
A great time to "live in the moment".
This card is stacked with a total of five layers counting the base. The matting includes all of the colors on the top layer...kraft, black, pale rose and turquoise. The embossed seashell design is misted and inked with pale pinks and teals. The black sentiment does just what I had hoped by catching the eye at first glance. A few turquoise pearls for minimal embellishment. No better place to "live in the moment" than at the beach!
