A bonus prize winner will be chosen from all entries linked to the CropStop Challenge Blog. 3 prizes total!

We want everyone around the world to join in friendship on World Card Making Day! So, the "Plus" to Challenge #39 is...include the word Friend/Friendship in your stamped quote, title, or sentiment. There will be a prize for the winner of Challenge #39 using the "Plus".

WORLD CARD MAKING DAY...

World Card Making Day began in 2006 as National Card Making Day. Founded by Paper Crafts magazine to bring card makers together at the beginning of the busiest card-making season of the year, it was first held on October 7, 2006. The initial celebration involved the Paper Crafts magazine audience only; however, due to the positive response it received and the worldwide popularity of card making, the holiday became known as World Card Making Day from then on.

Celebrating its sixth year in 2011, World Card Making Day is celebrated annually on the first Saturday in October. It's a day for the card-making community -- hobbyists, retailers, and manufacturers -- to unite and celebrate the connection and creativity that is the heart of card making.

Here is my "World Card Making Day" challenge card. I added the plus by using the word "friend" in my stamped sentiment!

Supplies-Patterned Paper: My Mind's Eye; Die Cuts: Spellbinder Tear Drop, Spellbinder Standard Circle Small; Punch: Martha Stewart Doily Lace, EK Success Fern, Pearls: Queen & Co.; Ribbon: Martha Stewart; Ink: Close To My Heart; Stamps: Close To My Heart.
Make sure that you are part of this "Around the World" Card Making Day by taking part in our CropStop, "Challenge #39-"Friends" Plus!!
