Craft-Dee BowZ Blog Hop with Paper Nest Dolls!

It's June and time for another Craft-Dee BowZ Blog Hop!

The Design Team is back to inspire you with rubber stamp images from our blog hop sponsor, Paper Nest Dolls.  The winner of June's blog hop will receive a $25 Gift Certificate to the Paper Nest Dolls online shop for the purchase of rubber and digital stamps only.

Now, onto the Craft-Dee BowZ Blog Hop!

Our blog hop theme for June is "Ribbons and Flowers" along with an image from the Paper Nest Dolls Online Shop.

Start at the Craft-Dee BowZ  Blog for quidelines and prize information.   From there you will visit each of the design team member blogs listed below.  If you get lost along the way just refer back to the Craft-Dee BowZ Blog, and don't forget to leave one last comment there.

Here is my card and inspiration for you....

Since my husband is an avid golfer, I chose Golfer Owen for my blog hop project.  I love his knickers and argyle sweater!  This image is available as a rubber stamp only at Paper Nest Dolls.

I did coloring and paper piecing with my image.  Owen's hat is printed on patterned paper that I cut out and adhered to the original image with pop dots for added dimension.  I colored the rest of the image with pencils and matched Owen's sweater to the patterned paper.  Next, I added Flower Soft to the putting green and a white pearl as the golf ball.  I fussy cut the image and gave it dimension using pop dots on a background of patterned papers with clouds and flowers.  The ribbon was tied in a multi loop bow using my Craft-Dee BowZ Bow Making Tool and adhered along the horizon under the stamped image.  I added a golf ball and tee to the center of the bow and used golf tees to hold the "Happy Birthday" tag in place.

Check out my blog candy giveaway below while you are here!

To be eligible for the Craft-Dee BowZ  Bow Making Tool prize, you must leave a comment on each of the listed blogs. But the team is small, so it won't take long and you will see wonderful inspiration along the way!

In addition to the Craft-Dee BowZ prize, I am offering my own blog candy to one random winner! All you need to do is become a follower of my blog.  It's that easy! Leave me a reply to let me know and you will be entered in the draw for my blog candy. Stop back on Monday, June 9th and see if you are a winner.

Many years ago a young boy practiced golf in his front yard right across from my home. Your card brings back nice memories. Thank you for my smile today and a really cute card.
