Vintage
And, here's the mood board inspiration...
I created this vintage baby card...
I have a collection of vintage stickers in my stash from years ago. This challenge gave me the inspiration to pull them out and look through what I had. There are so many from old sleds to kitchen items, but the baby shoes caught my eye, so I decided on a baby card.
This 6" x 6" card has a background that replicates the background on the stickers. I scored the cardstock in a diamond design and used a Viva Pearl Pen to add the tiny pearls. The lace doily die and crocheted trim helped with the vintage feel of the card. The sentiment is computer generated on ivory cardstock and then cut out and matted with circle dies. I placed the top sticker at angle with foam tape for dimension and added a few small ivory flowers for the final details.
From my stash...
Bazzill Cardstock
Clearsnap Chestnut Roan Chalk Ink
Prima Pineapple Doily Die
Spellbinders Circle Die
Tutti Designs Crosstitch Circle Die
Viva Pearl Pen - Cream
49 & Market Botanical Potpourri Flowers - Buttermilk
Challenges entered:

Oh, this card is just delicious! These vintage images are adorable and work so well with the lace doilies and the crocheted trim !! Lovely soft colours!!
Wow, you got the vintage look with color. Love that! The feminine touches of lace and doilies are so well done.
Sooooo creative, Vicki! I love the flavor and vibe of your sweet baby card! The sponging of the doilies! The scoring and embellished pearl background looks awesome! And I adore those little white shoes, remember them? Not for my daughter, but for me! lol I am sure they are around here somewhere.....never bronzed :P
Oh my goodness, this card is just wonderful. I love all the elements, and that little doll reminds me of going to my Grammie's house when I was little. She had dolls like that for me to play with. Your sponging really adds to the vintage look, just luscious!
Oh, how lovely! A vintage beauty and so sweet! Thanks so much for joining us at Dies R Us for the challenge!
