She Stood In The Storm...

Hey there blogger friends!

Welcome back for another challenge at the Double D Challenge Blog
This challenge is all about the sentiment.

We want you to "Focus on the Sentiment" for your project.
Stop by the Double D Blog for all of the details...You could be a winner!

Here's my "sentiment" inspiration using one of my very favorite Verve Stamps.
She STOOD in the storm...

I used Mintay's fabulous Marina collection for this project.  Once again, I've created lots of dimension on this card to make it appear 3-D.  I fussy cut the lighthouse and sailboat images, adhered some to the background paper and also used foam tape behind a few of them.  They're all tucked behind the border punched strip that serves as the water's edge.  The sentiment is stamped, die cut, matted and embellished with a few fussy cut elements from the paper collection.

From my stash...
Bazzill Cardstock
CTMH Moonstruck Ink
Mintay by Karola Marina Paper Collection
Spellbinders Die Cuts
Verve Sentiment Stamp
