Good morning blogger friends!
June is here, the flowers are in bloom, and hopefully we will all be free birds soon. It's time for another fun challenge at the Double D Challenge Blog. Our theme for the first two weeks of June is "Scraps"... use your scraps!
Our mood board has lots of color and design inspiration for you...
Here's my inspiration using scraps of Bo Bunny's Count The Ways collection...
"Beautiful Baby Girl"
This A6 card is not my usual choice, but I adjusted the size to accommodate the scraps I wanted to use. The right side is one solid piece of patterned paper. The left side is made up of strips cut with a border punch. I stamped, die cut and matted the sentiment with the same coordinating cardstock as the patterned paper. A pretty turquoise ribbon scrap and a beautiful gold crown complete the embellishing on this princess card that has already been mailed to good friends that just became parents!

There's also a prize to one winner chosen by random draw...

Beautiful card and papers,Vicki. The sentiment reminded me of a son Richard Dreyfus sang in Mr. Hollands Opus... Beautiful Baby Boy. Stellar moment in the movie, but there were many of those. Love your design.
