Time for the second monthly challenge at the Double D. The weather is really getting warmer now with temps in the 80's. Flowers are in full bloom everywhere. We continue celebrating the season over at the Double D and want to see your projects with flowers. Our topic is "Flowers of the Month", July through December. I chose the water lily as my inspiration and used a similar lotus die cut.
Sweet
I created a pond scene with lots of layers. The flower, a lotus, reminded me of a water lily. I did a bit of color piecing with the dies and added a few dew drops as water droplets.
