Welcome back to the Double D second challenge for August.
We have one more month of summer and the temps are still pushing the limit here in my area. This past week has been brutal with temps over 100 degrees F. Enough of that...we are sharing a fun and colorful mood board to wind down the summer at the Double D. Lots of colors, shapes and textures to choose from.

Frantic Stamper Fresh Fruit Icons Dies
I went with a fruity design...
"Stand Tall"
I'm hanging on to the fun colors of summer and was inspired by the fruit in the last photo. Pineapples are trending and I just purchased this pineapple die set at the CKC Scrapbooking Convention the end of July. This challenge was a perfect opportunity to use it and pair it with some cute patterned paper in my scrap stash. It's triple matted to compliment the colors in the patterned paper. And, since pineapples wear a "crown", I used gold metallic paper to make them shine!
