Today I'm sharing a card I made using a die that I cut several times and pieced the colors to make a striped candy cane. I'll be linking it up to the Peace On Earth Christmas Challenge Blog. They have a fun mood board with lots of red and white. I always think of candy canes when I see these colors together.
Candy Cane
The card base has 4 layers with the candy cane pattern being the top. I think if I make another, I will use a solid background behind the candy cane and use the patterned paper for the larger frame layer. It was a labor of love to piece all of these different colors into the negative spaces. I do love the finished candy cane!
