Winter Time Blues...

Hi there crafty friends!

Welcome back for another fun challenge at the Double D Challenge Blog.  For the next two weeks the theme is "Blue & White Winter".

Here's a mood board to inspire you along the way...

We'll be choosing creative winners and a winner by random draw for the prize below...

Yvonne Creations Winter Birdhouse

I was inspired by the gingham check and snowflakes...

Happy Birthday

Navy blue was used as the matting base for both layers of patterned paper.  I incorporated a bit of green with the cocoa mug and snowflakes.  Lots of die cuts and dimension on this card using foam tape.  I love this clean, layered look and so happy with the results.

From my stash...
Bazzill Cardstock
Echo Park Winter Collection
Avery Elle Snowflakes
Spellbinders Banner
Tutti Designs Happy Birthday

Inspired by the cocoa!  Always a good thing this time of year.

Stop by the Double D Challenge Blog for more inspiration.
I appreciate you stopping by to comment.
See you again soon!

What I noticed first was that hot cup of goodness. Then your matching design papers to make this card another spectacular creation.

I love the layered snowflake. That dark layer underneath the white really makes it pop off this gorgeous card.
