My Whimsical Valentine....
hugs & kisses
I created this envelope using a 6" x 6" piece of patterned paper. Easy peasy and I lined the top of it with complimentary papers. I did the same for the small plaid envelope too, just used smaller dimensions. The hot air balloon, hearts and XOXO are die cuts. I gave the XOXO dimension by cutting 3 times and stacking together. The hugs & kisses, lips and tickets are ephemera from a paper collection in my stash.
