Hi crafter friends!
Where did September go?
The Double D Blog is live with their first challenge in October. The theme is To Spook or Not To Spook. Since this is Breast Cancer Awareness month, something that is near and dear to me, I went with the not spooking and created a card in pinks!
They are sharing this mood board as inspiration.
And offering this Penny Black stamp set as a prize.
Here's my card inspiration...
Lots of layers in pink, white and black using die cuts and foam tape for dimension.
From my stash...
Bazzill Cardstock
Doodlebug Bubblegum Glitter Sprinkles
Doodlebug Candy Carnival Big Top Paper
Little Yellow Bicycle sentiment word
Penny Black Torn Rectangle Frame
Photoplay Candy Corn

Your pink candy corns are fabulous, what a fun and clever idea, an awesome and creative card sure to inspire!!
This is lovely, so beautiful! The candy corn are fun and that black and white background is awesome. Love your sweet little pink ribbon accent too! There's always hope!!! Perfect!
OMGosh ... how clever! I would have never thought to tie these two themes together with pink candy corn ... genius!! Love your card ... well done!
Oh, those yummy pink candy corns! Your card is a lovely and sweet way to send a message of hope!
I know where my September went, and it was so fast. But I am back now and ready to get back in the crating groove. I love your card with the original pink candy corn. So creative and cute.
How clever to make the candy corn pink in homage to breast cancer awareness month. I love this design, the black and white stripe goes perfectly with the pink. This is simply splendid!!!
Beautiful layers!! Thanks for playing along our October challenge at Die Cut Divas.
WOW. I love the pink candy corn and it's quite recognizable too. Just lovely. So glad you joined the challenge at Die Cut Divas this month. Arlene, Die Cut Divas DT
