All about the tree!

 Good morning crafty friends!

Not much time left in 2024, Christmas is a few days away and it's my favorite holiday.  Our decorations have been in place since the middle of November including several trees.  The main tree is white flocking with white lights.  And, this year, I've added a Grinch tree to the mix.  Just a fun tree for the grandkids to enjoy in their play space.

Over at the Double D Challenge Blog, it's all about the "Christmas Trees".  Be inspired by the mood board below and link up your entry at the Double D and you could be a prize or creative winner.

And the prize to an entry chosen by random draw.

I was inspired not only by the trees, but the blue hues in the bottom photos.

merry & bright

This A2 holiday card came together easily.  The tree patterned paper is matted with blue metallic.  The colors are so pretty and fun.  I die cut the border tree in blue metallic and the sentiment in purple.  I used a piece of semi solid blue to back the tree and cut a purple star as the tree topper.

This is bold and beautiful, Vicki! Love all the shimmer of that pretty blue metallic paper. It shows off the details of the tree so wonderfully.

You caught those bold blues and put them on paper. The added metallic paper to frame it all is impressive. I got you Christmas card yesterday, Thank you!

Love the mix of patterned and metallic papers! It's all so festive and gorgeous, but I must say it's the description of your holiday home that enchants me the most. It sounds lovely, Vicki!

Oh dear. I thought I commented on this challenge, but I guess not. Blame it on Christmas fatigue. I LOVE your design here, that tree is FABULOUS!! Best wishes for a blessed 2025. Hugs!
