Welcome back crafty friends!
So happy that the month of March just flew by and it's time for everything to bloom. I've already made a trip to the local farm stand greenhouse to see what I may want to add to my flower beds this year. I did pick up some Ranunculus for a good friend that loves them and delivered them this past week when we met for coffee. She was so happy!
It's also time for a new challenge at the Double D Challenge Blog. For the next two weeks, the theme is, "Easter". An always inspiring mood board is being shared along with the chance to win a fun prize.
Chicks are cute, but when I think Easter, it's about the bunny!
I went with all the Bs on this card...bright, bunny and botanicals! Lots of layers, fun details and a bit of a shaker in the middle. The bunny is paper pieced, inked and holding a carrot shaped button. Flowers, ferns and enamel dot embellishments complete the scene.
From my stash...
Bazzill Milkshake Cardstock
Doodlebug Bunny Hop Papers
Echo Park Enamel Dots
Jesse James Carrot Button
Memory Box Cute Layered Bunny
Precious Marieke Flower Frame
Hop on over to the Double D Challenge Blog and play along.
You could be a prize winner.
Thanks for stopping by today.
Hope to see you back soon.

This is super cute Vicki! I love the papers and dies you used. That bunny is darling!!
Wait! There's something wrong here.....that Chocolate Bunny still has its ears lol They were always the first to go :) Pretty Easter Designer Paper and I absolutely love the Shaker element! This is fabulous! Uhm what friend wouldn't want to meet you for coffee AND get a plant! NICE!
Beautiful card, that paper if fabulous as is the entire card with the chocolate bunny and his carrot (I just bought some chocolate carrots but won't let the hubby eat them, they are for display after all lol)!! As I write this it is storming and the thunder just made me jump out of my seat! A trip to the greenhouse sounds fabulous too, but not til May here!!
From the perfect background paper to the perfect chocolate bunny, this card is awesome. How I wish that I could celebrate spring again and your idea so binging a plant if fantastic. Here in Florida, we have Spring all year long. I miss the seasons. But you have given me a great idea, as we go back in May. Not too late to bring a plant to a coffee.
OMGoodness ... what a fabulous design and shaker to boot!! You're so creative! Love Mr. Bunny and that designer paper is just awesome! Well done my friend ... fabulous Easter inspiration!
Well, as if the bunny and his glossy carrot button aren't cute enough, I can't get over that darling mini-bunny paper and the beautiful floral frame! Spring will come to all of us eventually. I'm so looking forward to it!
