Merry, Merry Month of May

Hi crafty friends and welcome back for another challenge in the merry, merry month of May!

The Double D is sharing their second challenge for the month and the theme is, "May's Birth Flower (Lily of the Valley or Hawthorne) and/or Birthstone (Emerald).   Use the picture inspiration below to create and link your project to the Double D's "May Birth Flower/Birthstone" Challenge.  You could be a creative winner or random prize winner.

I'm sharing a shaker card for my project...

HELLO

The May flower, Lily of the Valley, is the focus of this shaker card.  I used a transparency as the window pane and added dimension with foam tape with the sequins behind it.  The background paper has a Lily of the Valley print that peeks through the window among the sequins.  I embellished the frame with Lily of the Valley ephemera and some cute rain boots.  The sentiment is stamped, die cut and matted to coordinate with the background paper.

Such a pretty window shaker card, Vicki! The background paper you used is perfect for this challenge. I adore the wellies and sprig of lily of the valley. Everything goes together perfectly.

What a lovely idea Vicki that you made looking through the window at all of the spring images. I just love the feel of this card. Fresh and lovely and a great job.
