Hey there crafty friends!
Finally sharing a card that I started over a week ago that got put on the back burner while life events took priority. I was determined to finish it and will be linking to a few challenges that I've been following and hoping to take part in this month.
The card base is covered with a matte metallic gold and topped with some gorgeous plaid paper that has gold in the pattern. As you can see, the gold is carried out through the entire design. The focal swirly die is an absolute favorite. It's so versatile and I used it here because it reminded me of butterflies in flight. I adhered a few butterflies so that their wings were still dimensional and a matted sentiment, again using the plaid/gold combination.
From my stash...
Cheery Lynn Mini Butterfly Dies
CTMH Ivory Cardstock
Memory Box Just A Note Die
Memory Box Nutmeg Plaid 6x6 Pad
Poppy Stamp Background Scribble Die
