Welcome crafty friends!
The first challenge in July is up at the Double D Blog. Diane's theme for this month is "Flower Pots". She's posted a lovely mood board for inspiration and is offering a prize to one lucky winner chosen by random draw.
With both houseplants and outdoor flowers, there are quite a few flower pots around our house, in all shapes and sizes.
Such a HUGE stash that I need to use! I dug into a favorite collection to make this card. The background was created with stenciled distress inks and rub-ons. The pot of flowers is a laser cut with added dimension so it pops on the background design. I adhered the sentiment to the flower pot. I have to say that I really enjoyed putting all of these elements together and am happy with the results.
From my stash...
