Have A Lovely Day

Welcome crafty friends!
A new challenge is posted today at the Double D Challenge Blog.  The theme is Tea or Coffee for the next two weeks.  There's a mood board for inspiration and a prize to one lucky winner.  Check out the  details HERE.

Elizabeth's Crafts Designs Foil Stickers

Here's my inspiration....
HAVE A LOVELY DAY

I chose the teapot as the focal point on my card.  The pretty floral paper reminded me of an antique chintz design.  It sits on a doily covered metallic tray with some added foliage tucked in behind it.  I adhered a strip of semi opaque lace trim tape under the tray to act as a table runner.
From my stash...

A most beautiful antique chintz teapot! A lovely setting for it, too, with the metallic tray and the nearly transparent lace table runner. The gingham makes such a pretty background overall. This has all the makings for a lovely day!

Well how pretty is that little tea pot. Wouldn't it be beautiful in real life??? I love your design, this is fabulous, especially with the gingham background.

This is such a pretty rose teapot one I would love to have. But I would probably put it on display and not use it 'cause it's so pretty.
