Welcome crafty friends!
Trying to stay on task and a little ahead of the game so I pulled out a recent Halloween collection and made a Boo Basket tag for a special girl.
She is "Spider Girl" although there is a sentiment on the tag.
I used a Julie Nutting stamp that's been in my stash for 10 years plus gathering dust with a collection of them!
I covered a large pre-cut tag with a simple design patterned paper and went to work. I stamped, added rub ons and stenciled with paste. The doll was stamped, embossed on flesh colored cardstock with fine black EP and fussy cut. Her hair and headband are colored with Copic markers. I stamped and embossed her again (inking only the dress and shoes) on the web patterned paper, then fussy cut the dress and shoes leaving a bit of the webbed paper as socks. I added shimmer to her dress and headband with a magicals. She is adhered to the tag using foam tape for dimension. The ephemera is also adhered with foam tape and I tucked in some cheese cloth for added interest and gave her a bat necklace.
From my stash...
