Thankful

 Welcome back crafty friends!

The first challenge in November is live at the Double D Challenge Blog with a theme of "Textures".

Sharing a mood board of texture to inspire your creations...

I recently purchased several 3-D embossing folders that add great texture to my projects.  This one was perfect for the month of November and Thanksgiving cards.

This card is slightly larger than an A2 to accommodate the embossing folder without having a wide border.  The warm, turquoise embossed layer is matted with both white and gold.  I inked the raised embossing with a touch of white mixed with gold ink.  The sentiment is in both colors also and I adhered gold dew drops to each corner of the card.

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog.

Have the best day!
