Rogue Redhead..."Let us read..."

Nothing is more entertaining than sitting quietly reading a good book.  It is one of my favorite pastimes.

Today I am sharing a card made using the Relish Reading Stamp Plate Set.

"Let us read..."

The card base is Bazzill with an embossed tree bark cardstock layered over it.

I stamped the image using Megan from the Relish Reading Set.  She is currently available as a single stamp in limited quantities for a limited time.  The coloring is done with both Copic and Spectrum Noir alcohol markers.  I cut out and matted the image with green Worldwin cardstock.

Next I adhered the colored, stamped image to the front of the card with pop dots for dimension.  The branch was cut from cardstock with a Memory Box die-cut.  I placed two Craft Work Cards Candi Dots in the upper left and lower right of the card.

The sentiment was stamped with Tsukineko/Memento Rich Cocoa Ink on white cardstock and matted with both the green and turquoise cardstock.   I love this quote from Voltaire!

Thanks for stopping by to see my recent project for Rogue Redhead Designs.

Be sure to stop by the Rogue Redhead Designs Store and take advantage of the opportunity to purchase some single stamps in limited quantities for a limited time.
