It's my turn up on the Rogue Redhead Design Blog today.
Staying with our current Rebel Challenge #28 theme, "Die-cut Divas", I created this card using my Rogue Redhead Design Stamp Plate, Just Sayin' and some of my favorite die-cuts.
Staying with our current Rebel Challenge #28 theme, "Die-cut Divas", I created this card using my Rogue Redhead Design Stamp Plate, Just Sayin' and some of my favorite die-cuts.
This couple makes me chuckle when I see them on paper. I imagine they've lead a long, colorful life and were just what I wanted for my window card.
The card base is made from two different glitter papers. I used the Sizzix Movers and Shapers Window die-cut and a piece of board paper to make the part of the card that opens from the bottom. Next, I stamped and embossed the couple on white cardstock, colored them with pencils and cut them out. I added pop dots to the back of the cut out for dimension and adhered the couple on yellow glitter paper behind the window pane.
In this close up, you can see where I used the border stamp to add a design above the window with white ink.
For the sentiment, I stamped the background in various colors on a piece of white cardstock. Then I stamped and embossed the sentiment on top of the chain link design. I used a Spellbinder Fancy Tag die-cut to cut out and mat the sentiment. The digi bingo cards are from my stash.
