leave a little Sparkle wherever you go
I loved all of the sparkly stars on the mood board and my thought went immediately to glitter paper. There were lots of scraps in my stash from past projects and worked well for this design.
I used tie dye paper as the base and coordinated a border of stars across the bottom of the card front with a matching strip behind it on the inside. The sentiment is a new one I purchased at a crop in April and it has become a favorite. I stamped and embossed it with holographic embossing powder to add more sparkle and finished off the card with a metallic twine bow! :

Vicki, your card is amazing and so dreamy! Your take on that inspiration panel is out of this world. Tie die glitter paper, of course you'd have some! ;0) I want to come play with your toys. haha!
I love the stamp phrase too, it goes perfect with all the sparkle paper.

Wowie, now there is some sparkle! Love the tie die paper with the solid color stars creating a border. Very creative and fun, and the perfect sentiment with it!

Oh my GEEEEEEE!!! Talk about glitz, and glitter, and gleam, and shine. This is simply amazing, all that sparkle makes me want to break out my sunglasses. Great design here, I LOVE it!!!
