Celebrate your love...

Welcome blogger buddies!
We're half way through January and it's time for another Double D Challenge

It's all about balloons for this challenge theme....every size, shape and color!  Check out the mood board and share your "balloon" inspired project with us.  You could be one of our top creative winners or the lucky person to win our prize chosen by random draw.  Check the Double D Challenge Blog for guidelines and challenge details.

We have this wonderful mood board to inspire you...

Prize offered...

Elizabeth Crafts Designs Hot Air Balloons

My inspiration was the hot air balloons and the sentiment, "love is in the air".  I also used a sketch posted at CAS(E) this Sketch and a similar one on a crafty site I haunt.

Love this romantic, shabby chic card...

 "Celebrate"

This Piatek paper collection with vintage hot air balloons was the best choice in my stash for this challenge theme.  The romantic colors are favorites too.  I seem to be using this Celebrate die frequently!  The large Celebrate was left over from another project I did using the smaller version.  The rose gold color was perfect as the sentiment on this card which can be used as an engagement, wedding or anniversary.

From my stash...
American Crafts Rose Gold Metallic Cardstock
Bazzill Black and Pale Rose Cardstock
Piatek Trzynastego Truly Yours Collections (6 x6 and 6 x 8)

I never would have thought of putting hot air balloons on a wedding card but this is amazing. If you think about it, people do get married in balloons in the sky.
