I'm back today with a new challenge from Cut It Up. We've got butterflies and Spring fever! It's that time of year, for sure, although it's been quite different from the norm all over the world. I'm thankful to have my crafting hobby while we "hunker" down during the COVID-19 pandemic.
So, with that being said, our Cut It Up Challenge theme is "Spring Fever" with the added challenge to use at least 3 butterflies on your project.

I've used the Green Hatch print from the Spring Has Sprung digital paper pack for the die cut butterflies and matting on this card.
Creating a Sympathy card for this challenge was not my first choice, but I lost a very dear friend recently and needed a card for her family. Butterflies are a symbol of life after death, so it just felt right to make this card.
I used an embossed pearlescent cardstock as the background for the die cut butterflies and black cardstock for the sentiment. The only embellishments aside from the focal butterflies are two black pearls.
