reach for the STARS

 Hey crafty friends!

I had some extra time to play in my craft space today while purging and organizing.  We all know that the purging is only to make room for more crafty purchases and that organizing lasts through one project.  So, after a couple of cards, my space is once again a disaster and in need of clean up!

I'm making the effort to use up the remains of different 6 x 6 paper collections in my stash.  Some of them have been there for years and others are relatively new.  Here are a couple of cards from today's craft time.

reach for the STARS

I love how this elegant and romantic card turned outThe rich colors in this Mintay collection are gorgeous.  There's a lot of dimension added to the cluster of ephemera using foam tape.  The focal sentiment is die cut from a tag and matted using a moon image with stars tucked between the layers.

Featured collection:
Mintay Nightfall Papers and Ephemera Die Cuts

The second card was easy peasy using a tag frame for the sentiment stamp.

Happy Birthday

Featured Collection:
Mintay Apple Season

This A2 card is simply a 6 x 6 page cut down and matted with coordinating paper.  The sentiment is stamped on a frame tag and adhered with foam tape for a little dimension.

They both are so beautifully done! Purging is so impossible for me. I was trying to get rid of things I haven't used in the last few years. But still can't seem to part with much. Just added another tote to the basement.. because you never know when you'll need something LOL.
Thank you so much for sharing this month at my Crafty Wednesday challenge!
